“This center will be so much more than a building. We have envisioned a space where our students will truly achieve their full potential — a place where they will not only hone their athletic skills, but where they will also learn valuable lessons in character such as teamwork and resilience, and where they will form the roots of lifelong friendships."
—Head of School Aaron Cooper

An Education for a New Century of Leaders

With the completion of the Susan Haigh Carver ’51 Dining Hall & Commons, we are excited to launch into the next phase of Country School’s campus master plan: the construction of a new Athletics & Wellness Center. This Center will serve students at every grade level and it will function as a space for the entire community to come together. Our  Athletics and PE programs foster a lifelong culture of fitness and wellness, and develop mission-critical skills such as teamwork, leadership and resilience. Our new facilities will match the caliber of our program.

Long Range Master Plan

• Over the past 15 years, the school has invested more than $20 million in building or modernizing all of our core academic facilities.
• In 2018, we opened the new Susan Haigh Carver ’51 Dining Hall &  Commons, a spacious hub of campus life and a community gathering space for students, faculty and parents.
• In September 2020, we will open our new Athletics & Wellness Center, a space that will enhance the school experience for all students and contribute to our strong sense of community.
