Sticky Science   Old School Games Nature Inspired Art Step into the Outdoors

Sticky Science
We will travel to the Exploratory Lab on Monday afternoons to investigate adhesives. How do things stick together? How strong is masking tape? What materials can you attach together with glue?

Old School Games
On Tuesday afternoons, we will introduce children to old school indoor and outdoor games. Some weeks we will gather on the fields to play Red Light Green Light, Stuck in the Mud, or What Time Is It Mr. Fox? and other weeks we will gather around the table to enjoy the intimate connectivity of card and board games.

Nature Inspired Art
Our 75 acre campus and the Autumnal offerings will serve as our inspiration on Thursday afternoons as we venture into the outdoors to explore the mediums of paint, sculpture and collage with natural materials.

Step Into the Outdoors
On Friday afternoons, time will spent outdoors discovering the fields, trees and trails of our expansive campus. With journals, cameras and treasure bags in hand, we will venture out our classroom door to experience and enjoy the natural world outside our windows and document the subtle changes we see each week as the seasons shift from late summer to autumn.
