King Topples NCCS in 1st Game

In their first game of the season, NCCS fell to King by a score of 39-17. King had a quick start out of the gate, capitalizing on turnovers by the Cougars, which gave them a comfortable lead for the first half. NCCS was able to reflect and think about the pace of the game, as well as the turnovers to see how they can make a change. The team saw improved passing, patience when running the offense and confidence rising when driving to the hoop. This was a great first game experience for the team to see how opponents will rise up and challenge them to be their best. It should be an exciting season for the team and we look to improve each day!
