The Annual Fund supports the heart of Country School, accounting for more than 6% of its total operating budget each year. Like most independent schools, NCCS relies on tax-deductible gifts to cover the gap between tuition and the cost of educating each student. These annual contributions enrich every area of campus life; they allow the school to maintain its superior education by providing funding for strong, innovative programs, state-of-the-art technology, competitive salaries to attract and retain outstanding teachers, and diversity of the student body through financial aid. 
Every Annual Fund gift is an intentional statement of advocacy for Country School and the kind of education we offer. Last year, more than 1,000 parents, faculty, staff, former parents, alumni/ae, and grandparents made such a statement.
