Schedule an On-Campus Visit Experience
Parents and guardians are invited to take a tour of our 85-acre campus and see our program in action. This is a great opportunity for you to ask questions and learn more about what your child’s experience could be at Country School.
Individual Tours are led by an admission representative and last approximately 45 minutes. Please call the Admission Office (203) 801-5608 to schedule.
Group Tours are led by a current parent and will resume in the spring. Tours last approximately 45 minutes.

Get a first-hand look at our classrooms, meet our teachers and divisional leaders, and learn more about our academic, athletic and art programs, which are deliberately designed to meet the needs of students at each stage of their educational journeys.
Submit an Application
to begin your Standard Application Online (SAO). If applicable, complete Parents' Financial Aid Statement (PFS)
and upload to School and Student Services for Financial Aid.
Submit a Parent/Guardian Questionnaire
The Parent/Guardian Questionnaires are an opportunity for you to tell us more about what your family is looking for in a school community. Your reflections also provide us with a deeper understanding of your child, specifically what sparks their interest and fuels their curiosity.
Schedule a Parent/Guardian Interview
The Parent/Guardian Interview is a one-to-one opportunity for us to get to know your child and family and for you to ask questions about Country School. The interviews, conducted either over Zoom or in person, may be self-scheduled once you have submitted your student profile in SAO.
Submit the following Supporting Materials:
- One current Teacher Recommendation competed after November 1.
- Principal, Division Head/ Counselor Recommendation completed after November 1.
- If your child’s school does not provide a Principal/Guidance Counselor Recommendation, submit an Extracurricular Recommendation.
- Official School Transcripts: Current year and previous year for Grade 1 applicants and the previous two years for Grade 2-4 applicants.
Schedule Applicant Assessment and Classroom Visit
Applicants for Grade 1 will come to campus for a group visit which will include an assessment.
Applicants for Grades 2 - 4 will have a skills assessment and a classroom visit. Please reach out to the Admissions Office (203) 801-5608 to schedule the screening and student visit.
