Cougars' Undefeated Dream Comes to an End Against the Tigers
The Cougars picked up their first loss of the season this afternoon against Greenwich Country Day School. The Cougars showed fight and resilience throughout, but when the clock struck zero, GCDS won 29-16. The Tigers played a vicious zone defense against the Cougars and caused havoc in the passing lanes for dribblers as well. The Cougars had their bright spots, too, such as Nathan Roth's undying hustle and Nico Rolfert's pair of three pointers, but in the end, GCDS was too tough on defense for a Cougar comeback.
