    Theatre FUN-damentals (Kindergarten-Grade 1)
Does your child love to perform, move, or use their imagination? Theatre FUN-damentals is a fun and energetic introduction to the building blocks of theatre, giving students hands-on experiences across all core elements of the performing arts. Throughout the semester, students will develop vocal technique, basic dance skills, stage presence, storytelling abilities, and an understanding of how costumes and sets help bring a production to life—all within a playful, supportive environment that encourages creativity, confidence, and collaboration.

After a very successful first semester, we’re excited to offer Theatre FUN-damentals again for the Winter–Spring term! As we did last semester, the program will follow a dynamic four-module cycle. Each module lasts four weeks, and within each module students rotate weekly through four engaging areas of focus: acting, singing, dancing, and costuming/set design. As the modules repeat, students revisit each discipline in new and exciting ways, deepening their skills while keeping the class fresh and engaging.

Each week includes movement games, vocal warm-ups, character exploration, and imaginative activities designed specifically for early elementary students. Whether your child dreams of the spotlight or simply enjoys creative play, Theatre FUN-damentals offers a wonderful, well-rounded introduction to the performing arts.
