Country School Carolers Spread Cheer to Waveny Care Center Seniors

Third and fourth grade New Canaan Country School students spread holiday cheer to seniors at Waveny Care Center on Wed., Dec. 14.
Under the direction of the school’s performing arts faculty, Ellen Baer, Kathryn Kravec and Jacob Alrich, the 72 choral students sang holiday favorites and joined the residents, patients and members of the adult day care program in a group sing along in the facility’s “Main Street” social gathering area at The Village. The residents also enjoyed student violin, recorder and cello performances and a surprise visit from Santa himself!
